While it might be too late to sponsor 2015 OTC, it’s good to start planning in case you want to use the largest Oil and Gas tradeshow to get in front of your prospects. There are several ways you can market your products and services during OTC. I was a little curious about how much it would cost to promote Petrosupplier.com and here is what I found!
Depending on what you want to sponsor, you need to start committing to the sponsorship as early as November/December of the previous year.
My very favorite are the Lanyards, because it’s one of the first thing people will do when they register and they walk around with your logo around their neck and guess what? As soon as they meet someone, the other person will look at their name and company with great chances of seeing your logo! Plus, if they attend multiple days, chances are they will keep the lanyards for multiple days. The bags in my opinion would be the next best, however, there are tons of awesome bags being given away by booths and it’s very common that people will ditch the conference sponsored bags for the other fancy kinds. I know I have done that many times!
